Privacy policy

This policy covers bhyrav.com, operated by Metatiger Tech Services Private Limited.

What we collect

• Booking a consultation — your name, email, phone, your question, and the birth details you choose to share (date, time, place). Birth details are collected solely to compute your reading.
• Astrologer accounts — name, email, phone, and a password stored only as a salted hash. Client records an astrologer enters belong to that astrologer and are never shown to anyone else.
• Payments — handled entirely by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and status, never your card, UPI or banking details.
• Analytics — Google Analytics on public pages only (with IP anonymisation), and Meta's pixel on advertising pages. The astrologer console — where client birth details live — carries no third-party analytics at all.

How it is used

To deliver the reading or the console service you asked for, to send the messages that service requires (confirmations, receipts, the written summary), and to improve the site. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Sharing

Data is shared only with the processors needed to run the service: Razorpay (payments), our hosting providers, and the analytics services named above on the pages named above. Each receives only what its function needs.

Retention & your rights

Booking and consultation records are kept as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. Write to raksafirebase@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted; deletion requests are honoured except where a record must be kept by law (for example, payment records).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS everywhere. Passwords are hashed, payment callbacks are cryptographically verified, and console access requires sign-in.
