Terms of service

These terms govern the use of bhyrav.com, operated by Metatiger Tech Services Private Limited ("Bhyrav", "we"). By booking a consultation or subscribing to the astrologer console you agree to them.

1. The services

• Consultation — a live, one-to-one astrology session of 30 minutes for ₹999 at the slot you book. The session is held on Google Meet — or on WhatsApp or Phone if you prefer. You choose when you book. Unlimited questions within the session. A written summary follows the call.
• Astrologer console ("Practice") — software for professional astrologers at ₹1,999 per month after a 7-day free trial, billed as a recurring subscription. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

2. Service delivery

Nothing physical is shipped. A consultation is delivered live at the booked slot, in the way you chose when booking. The session is held on Google Meet — or on WhatsApp or Phone if you prefer. You choose when you book. A confirmation carrying those details is emailed as soon as payment succeeds. Console access is delivered immediately on sign-up. The written consultation summary is sent within 48 hours of the session.

3. Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay over their secure checkout. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials. Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. A booking is confirmed only after payment; an unpaid slot is released after 20 minutes.

4. The nature of astrology

Readings are prepared with documented astrological methods computed from your birth details. They are guidance for reflection and planning — not medical, legal, or financial advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome. For decisions in those areas, consult a qualified professional.

5. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate birth details — the reading is computed from what you give. Console subscribers are responsible for their clients' data and for having the right to enter it; one subscription is for one astrologer's practice.

6. Fair use and termination

We may refuse or end service for abuse, unlawful use, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time; the refund policy below governs any money already paid.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
