Cancellation & refunds

Consultations (₹999)

• If the session does not happen for any reason on our side — full refund, no questions.
• Rescheduling — free up to 4 hours before the slot: reply to your confirmation email or write to raksafirebase@gmail.com with your booking reference.
• Cancellation by you — a full refund if you cancel at least 4 hours before the slot. Inside 4 hours, the slot is held for you and can be rescheduled once instead.
• No-show by you — the fee is not refunded, but we will offer one reschedule as a courtesy.

Console subscription (₹1,999/month)

• The first 7 days are free — cancel during the trial and nothing is charged.
• Cancel any time from the Billing page: the subscription ends at the close of the period already paid for, and no further charges are made. Charges for a period already begun are not refunded.
• A duplicate or erroneous charge is refunded in full — write to raksafirebase@gmail.com with the payment id.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 5–7 working days of approval. We confirm every refund by email.
